Location: Glenelg, Maryland
Challenge: This project was a total first floor overhaul! Our clients were in need of a larger kitchen space with plenty of storage. To make that happen, we closed off a secondary garage entrance, and took down a wall in between the existing kitchen and dining room. The new kitchen now spans through the center of the house, complete with a separate bar and new flooring as well as fresh paint throughout the first floor to create a cohesive look. We also expanded the mudroom and added hideaway and hanging storage for this busy family!
