Challenge: This basement remodel transformed a standard builder-grade space into a flexible entertainment destination designed for both teens and adults. The homeowners wanted a lower level that could handle hosting, relaxing, and everyday use, so we built out distinct zones that still feel connected. The finished space includes a full bathroom, custom wet bar, media room, flex gym area, and an open gathering space anchored by a built-in TV display. The result is a personalized basement that adapts easily. From movie nights and game days to casual hangouts with friends.
