Project Summary

Location: Ellicott City, Maryland
Challenge: Our clients were going through a real love-it or list-it moment with their current home. Our team was tasked with showing them the amount of potential that their space had, and what we could achieve by adding square footage. We went through a series of configurations, narrowing it down to a choice between a full family room addition with kitchen remodel, and a 6 ft. bump out two story addition. They opted for the 6 ft. bump out and in doing so, they not only changed the way they live and entertain on their first floor, but they also gained better flow and function in their new master ensuite.
