Project Summary

Location: Ellicott City, Maryland
Challenge: Instead of moving, these clients decided to remodel their home into their dream space. We added a kitchen addition, and then a year later came back to tackle a two-story family room/master ensuite addition. The goal was to create more square footage for this family of five to enjoy, with better function and flow between entertaining and living spaces. This client wanted dedicated space for a mudroom, an upstairs laundry room, butler’s pantry, and guest bedroom in addition to the new family room and kitchen bump out. We went with semi-custom cabinetry in the kitchen and bathroom, but added high end light fixtures, wallpaper, plumbing, and accessories to create a feeling of luxury.
