Project Summary

Location: Glenelg, Maryland
Challenge: This first-floor renovation transformed the home’s flow and functionality. To create a larger kitchen, we removed a wall between the kitchen and dining room and closed off a secondary garage entrance. The expanded kitchen now spans the center of the home, featuring a dedicated bar, new flooring, and fresh paint for a cohesive feel. The mudroom was also enlarged to include both hideaway and hanging storage, perfect for a busy family’s needs.
