Project Summary

Location: Ellicott City, Maryland
Challenge: This first-floor remodel, designed almost entirely virtually, reimagines the space for both functionality and style. The load-bearing wall between the kitchen and living room was removed, with island columns now supporting the structure. Blue and white cabinets with brass accents offer a fresh, modern twist on a classic palette, while wide plank hardwood floors unify the space. Updated stairs, railings, and fireplaces add character and create stunning focal points throughout the entry and living areas.
