Location: Columbia, Maryland
Challenge: This first-floor remodel focused on creating a bright, open layout with improved functionality. We opened up the kitchen to the dining and family rooms, added a peninsula with seating for kids, and introduced a pass-through for entertaining. New flooring, paint, and lighting brightened the entire space, while a custom mudroom bench and shelving boosted storage and organization. The result is a warm, welcoming home designed for both everyday living and hosting.
