Project Summary

Location: Columbia, Maryland
Challenge: The client wanted the kitchen to be more open to other living areas with sight lines into dining room and family room. We also brightened up the whole first floor with new flooring, paint, carpet, lighting fixtures, and created a mudroom bench and shelving for more storage. Adding a peninsula with seating for children and a pass-through area for entertaining in the kitchen made it more functional for the homeowners.
