Project Summary

Location: Elkridge, Maryland
Challenge: These clients were happy with their current layout, but needed better storage and quality in their cabinets. They wanted a refresh for the rest of the first floor that was more in line with their style. We were able to do this by adding high quality cabinetry with more drawer storage, and accessories and changing an unused drop-zone into a beverage area with wine storage. The client’s selection choices were very eco-conscious, using marmoleum flooring made of recycled materials and reusing whatever existing elements we could. Refacing the fireplace with new tile and a new mantle, refinishing the steps and painting stair railings, and new lighting modernized the rest of the first floor.
