Olney Mill First Floor

Project Summary

Location: Olney, Maryland
Challenge: We started with taking the covered parking area and incorporating it into the first floor, creating a formal dining room, mudroom, and full bathroom with the space. In the existing kitchen, dining, and living room, we vaulted the ceiling and removed all of the interior walls in order to move the kitchen to the other side of the main living space. A large island, a wet bar, & a screened in porch round out the interior space, and exterior updates like new siding roofing, and fixtures increase the curb appeal!
