Challenge: This renovation transformed the covered parking area into a beautifully functional space, adding a formal dining room, mudroom, and full bathroom. Inside, we reimagined the layout by vaulting ceilings, removing walls, and relocating the kitchen to create an open, cohesive living area. Highlights include a large island, wet bar, and screened-in porch. Exterior updates like new siding, roofing, and fixtures boosted the home’s curb appeal, completing the transformation.
