Project Summary

Location: Ellicott City, Maryland
Challenge: First floor remodel to reconfigure kitchen with more functional cabinetry with better storage solutions (drawers versus doors, large pantry with rollouts, etc.). Delete peninsula with inaccessible/underutilized cabinets. Updated to new modern flooring and raised sunken family room. We shortened the living room and added new mudroom. Removed half walls flanking to basement & replaced with open rail system of black iron balusters, white newel posts & stained hand rails.
