Project Summary

Location: Ellicott City, Maryland
Challenge: These clients wanted to use color and contrast in their new kitchen and family rooms, so we pulled inspiration from the herringbone accent wall in the dining room and added a bright teal backsplash to compliment the orange. Dark gray and white cabinets bring additional depth to the space, and the large island is used for dinner prep and homework, keeping the entire family in the same space. The deck was redone to accommodate bumping the kitchen back 4’, and newly refinished hardwood floors add an overall warmth to the home.
