Project Summary

Location: Ellicott City, Maryland
Challenge: We remodeled this kitchen to solve a restrictive layout and make hosting easier for a family that loves to gather. The original flow didn’t support frequent entertaining, so we opened up the space and added a secondary island to improve circulation, increase prep surface, and create a natural hub for cooking and conversation. To keep the update cohesive across the first floor, we also refreshed the powder room and updated both the front and back staircases. The result is a main level that feels more open, connected, and guest-ready which set the tone for the home’s updated primary bathroom as well.
