Challenge: These clients wanted to expand their home in order to gain a large master suit over top of their current garage. One challenge was to design the exterior in a way that would look like it had always been part of the house and keeping the original charm and curb appeal. The challenge on the inside was how to tie into the existing second floor layout while keeping the other bedrooms intact.
